Mandatory Experience:
7+ years of experience in the software development industry.
2+ years of experience in a people management role (e.g., Engineering Manager, Development Manager).
Proven hands-on experience in software development and system architecture.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies.
Excellent ability to translate complex technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders (Product Managers, Operations, etc.) and effectively mediate team conflicts.
Beneficial/Optional Experience:
Experience with Cloud technologies, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Project Management experience.
