As a Technical Lead at Aviato Consulting, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our projects and ensuring the successful execution of our product roadmap.
Lead the architectural design and development of robust and scalable applications using the .NET framework and Angular.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Establish and enforce best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Drive the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance our development process and product offerings.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Extensive experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET (C#, .NET Core) and Angular.
Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
A deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
